YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Reports directly to Plant Manager
- Responsible for all Production, Quality and Safety activities on assigned shift
- Assign, lead and train personnel to achieve production, Quality and Safety goals
- Conduct personnel reviews and disciplinary actions as required
- Ability to start up, operate and trouble shoot all production equipment proficiently (screen printing, injection molding and peripheral equipment)
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
- 5 years of experience in a Supervisor position. Manufacturing Supervision preferred
- GED or High School Diploma
- Strong Verbal and Written Communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook
- Demonstrated leadership accomplishments
